Facebook has offered me to be friends with a lot of people I don’t want to be, a lot of people I didn’t know wanted to be friends with me, and then other things like “road soda” for way to long it makes me start to wonder about myself.  But then somehow, and I still don’t remember all the digital details, but the facebook offered me to be friends with SF Food Wars*.  At the point of our friendship the war was mainly focusing on the cheesy things that mac can do.  I was dismayed to find out that the competition had closed up considering I already had the full weight of a block of cheese-know how under my belt.  (Hell this site is still the after-party that was the GCI of 09……with grilled cheese domination in 10 talks alaready going down).    Nevertheless, I checked in on the battle when the dust settled and saw the results of the first frisco food flurry.    What I saw was a nice website trying to decadent up a bunch of pictures of cheesy piles of crap.    Alas, this was not my fight.

The second war was about mini-cupcakes which I’m going to just go ahead and yada yada through considering the mildly retarded pandemonium going on for these things right now.   I will say they looked very pretty and probably tasted wonderful for that one second of bite.  There’s my mini-take on that.

This third and what I can only presume to be the final battle as epic/world-like wars appear to not be able to make it past three has been called and the stage is a festive plain of fix-ins from the holidays hearts of SF’s finest food elves (and elvettes I presume).
